What an absolutely fantastic day we had in Dunnes Stores, Ennis for our annual Carol Singing Fundraiser. Our amazing youth members filled the store with festive cheer, lighting up the entire place with their enthusiasm, confidence, and joyful singing. They brought so many smiles to customers and truly embodied the spirit of Scouting.

Events like this mean so much to our group without them, it would be incredibly difficult to continue giving our youth the opportunities, memories, and sense of community that make Scouting so special. Their wonderful effort also earned every youth member involved a Community Badge, a brilliant achievement and so well deserved! ⚜️

After our singing session, we continued the celebrations with a special Appreciation Session to thank all involved. The young people enjoyed festive games, delicious food, sweet treats, badges and a cosy Christmas movie  a perfect way to finish a magical day together.

I would like to express a heartfelt thanks to everyone that made to happen. To our Youth Members, You are the heart of this group. Your confidence today singing proudly in front of so many people was inspiring. You remind us Scouters every day why we love what we do, and guiding you on your journey of growth is a privilege. Thank you for your energy, enthusiasm, and joy.

To the Parents, Thank you for trusting us and for allowing your children to be part of the Ruan Scout Group. Your support helps our young people shine and helps our group thrive within the wider community. We are incredibly grateful for each of you.

To our Scouters, Without you, there would be no Scout Group. You give so much time, passion, and heart to our young people, and the growth, confidence, and happiness we see in them is a direct reflection of your dedication. We simply cannot thank you enough.

To the Businesses Who Supported Us, A huge thank you to Dunnes Stores Ennis for welcoming us so warmly and helping us raise vital funds.
To Ennis Digital Hub, thank you for hosting our Appreciation Session the facilities were fantastic and the youth members and scouters had an amazing time.
To Enzo’s on Parnell Street, your food was exceptional, the fact that everyone went back for seconds says it all.
And an enormous thank you to The Burren Inn and Senator Windows Ennis for your incredibly generous sponsorships, which allowed us to celebrate the hard work and spirit our youth members showed today.
Finally, thank you to every single person who donated  your kindness made this day a huge success.
