We would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to our recent table quiz night in Hassetts Bar, Barefield. Thanks to your support, it was a truly memorable evening filled with fun, laughter, and great community spirit and a resounding success from start to finish.

A very special word of thanks goes to everyone at Hassetts Bar, Barefield for welcoming us so warmly and providing such a fantastic venue. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the delicious food, everything was just perfect. Hassetts is a brilliant local bar, ideal for a quiet drink or a wonderful meal, and they have always been incredibly supportive of our Scout Group. We are deeply grateful for their continued generosity.

We would also like to sincerely thank the amazing local businesses & supporters who kindly donated vouchers and prizes for our raffle: Pet Stop Balleymaley Business Park, Elm Café Gort Road, Burren Smokehouse Lisdoonvarna, Health Connection Health Food Shop Turnpike, John Burke who donated 2x Liffey Mills vouchers, Fidelma and Michael from SES Water Mangement Hamper from Martins Construction & Hamper from Aine O’Brien & family. Your generosity added so much excitement to the night and is greatly appreciated.

In addition, we were overwhelmed by the kindness of locals and fellow Scouters who donated hampers and prizes. Your generosity enabled us to host a fantastic raffle with plenty of winners on the night, and we cannot thank you enough for your support.

A special and well deserved thank you goes to the exceptionally talented Jonathon Byrne for donating an incredible painting of Dromore Woods. It was truly stunning and became a real talking point throughout the evening.

A massive thank you must also go to all of our Scouters and youth members for their help in making the night such a success. Your dedication, week in and week out, is what keeps our group going. We are endlessly grateful for the time, energy, and heart you give to 17th Clare Ruan Scout Group.

Finally, thank you to all the parents, friends, and members of our local community who attended on the night or donated to support us not only for this event, but for the continued support you show us throughout the year. Your encouragement helps our group to grow and allows us to provide our wonderful youth members with amazing opportunities and experiences.
